Founded in August 2023 by Will Cantrell, our journey began at the private baseball field, Cantrell Field. Over the years, our commitment to excellence led us to establish Foundry Athletics, a state-of-the-art indoor facility in Crestview.

Our passion is rooted in being a value-added choice for athletes of all levels. About Our Coaches

Brennan Coe

BASEBALL COACH
Brennan Coe, a lover of homemade Gumbo, finds his ideal vacation spots in ski resorts in Colorado or Utah, Lake Martin, or any serene beach destination. With 30 years spent in the local community, Brennan appreciates the southern hospitality and the genuine goodness of the people he encounters.
His top three favorite sports are baseball (naturally), college football, and golf, reflecting his deep-rooted passion for athletics. Brennan's journey into sports coaching began after his playing career, when he stumbled upon a mentor who offered him a coaching job while he was completing his degree. That experience ignited a passion for coaching, leading him to establish Pipeline Sports Performance in Pensacola, where he now helps athletes achieve their goals and make significant progress.
One of Brennan's most memorable coaching moments transcended the field. He coached a young man in remission from cancer, culminating in a touching tribute during a Cal Ripken tournament in Aberdeen, Maryland. The team presented the young man with a tribute jersey, symbolizing his victory over cancer, and wore the jersey throughout the tournament in his honor.
To stay inspired and enhance his coaching skills, Brennan occasionally engages in golf and jumps in to practice with his athletes, ensuring they know he's still got it. His coaching approach is tailored to each athlete, understanding that every kid is different and adapting his methods to suit how they learn and retain information, fostering growth and maximizing their athletic potential.
Dr. Molly Gray

VOLLEYBALL COACH
Dr. Molly Gray, a long-time resident of Crestview since the second grade, has always cherished the close-knit community here for its special people. When she's not coaching, you can find her indulging in her favorite comfort food, Fettuccine Alfredo with grilled chicken, or unwinding in the gym, relaxing in a hammock with a good book, or basking on the beach.
Her passion for sports coaching stems from her career as a physical therapist. Coaching volleyball and fitness athletes allows her to help them train in evidence-based, safe ways that reduce injury risk and aid in recovery. One of her most rewarding coaching moments was witnessing a client's incredible transformation in her Mommy and Me Fitness Class. Over six months, the client lost close to 50 pounds, improved her strength significantly, and embraced a healthier lifestyle, inspiring others in the process.
To stay inspired and enhance her coaching skills, Dr. Gray engages in weight lifting and enjoys nature walks with her two young boys. In her coaching approach, she prioritizes individualized care and professionalism, using up-to-date techniques tailored to each athlete's needs. Her goal is not just short-term progress but also to prolong each client's functional lifespan through injury prevention and comprehensive training.
Tyler Rebber

BASEBALL COACH
Tyler Rebber, an enthusiast of Tomahawk Ribeye steak smoked to perfection with a side of mashed potatoes, brings his passion for sports coaching to Crestview. Although he's been part of the community for just a year, Tyler admires the respectfulness and sincerity of the people he's met here, noting a refreshing absence of entitlement compared to other places he's worked with athletes.
When not coaching, Tyler finds solace outdoors, whether fishing, hiking, or catching live sports events. With a lifelong dedication to athletics, Tyler's top three favorite sports include football, baseball, and MMA. His journey as an athlete and the mentors he's had along the way have deeply influenced his life philosophy, centered on the power of athletics to impart valuable life lessons, particularly the value of hard work and perseverance.
A defining moment in Tyler's coaching career was witnessing the transformation of a once-unlikely prospect into a college-bound baseball player. Through dedicated summer sessions and ongoing support, Tyler helped the young athlete not only make his high school team but also secure a college offer, a moment of immense pride and validation.
Believing in leading by example, Tyler commits to rigorous workouts five times a week to test and refine the exercise programs he prescribes to players. His coaching approach blends high energy and motivation tailored to each athlete's unique needs, emphasizing the importance of high standards and instilling confidence through hard work and dedication.
